Our process
As if they were freshly cut by hand...
Maturation
From its harvest, it has a maturation time of 1 and a half month, subsequently, it lasts fresh for 2 weeks on the shelf.
The United States government declared Chihuahua pest-free, however, our crops are under the supervision of an Agronomist: He is in charge of the quality of the product and the correct application of fertilizers.
Storage
Once the collection is done by hand, it is taken to our warehouses where it is bathed with drinking water and impurities are removed; to avoid dirt, leaves, etc.
When the removal is completed, they go to the ventilation and drying area; where they rest there until they are completely dry.
When that happens, they are packaged and moved to the refrigeration room, where they can last up to 4 months as fresh as if it were the first day if we wanted to store them for that period.
